PayPal has new terms which charges very high fees for me to send money to countries other then the United States with send money to family and freinds So I must pay with PayPal buy goods and services which has a .30 fee and small % Members must pay this fee So I will make minimum withdraw $1.00 and members are responsible for the fees Sorry guys but this is out of my control All pending payments will be returned because most are less then the fees
